Accommodation is pre-arranged at the conference venue in Aronsborgs Conference Hotel from Sunday, September 3 till Thursday, September 7. It is part of Registration Package 1 for regular delegates and students (single-bed rooms) as well as for Accompanying persons (double-bed rooms). All rooms have own bathroom, TV, telephone, iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

If you choose accommodation in Aronsborgs Conference Hotel, you will have everything in one place – the conference, meals and lodging. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to engage yourselves in an informal chat with your colleagues “after hours” while relaxing in the heated indoor pool, sauna or gym to which you will have unlimited free access during your stay. You will also avoid commuting to the venue from other places and thus save time.

Included in the registration fee are then all meals starting with dinner on Sunday and ending with breakfast on Thursday.

Reservation of accommodation in Aronsborgs Conference Hotel is made for you automatically when you pay your registration fee via the Conference Secretariat’s Online Payment System (either Registration Package 1 or as Accompanying person). In the latter case, please specify which person you are accompanying so that proper room arrangement can be made for you.

Similarly, since accommodation is part of the registration, no special request is needed to cancel it – this will be done automatically if the registration is cancelled.

You can arrange for accommodation yourself (Registration Package 2 for regular delegates and students). There are several hotels to choose from in Bålsta, and many more hotels in nearby places such as Sigtuna, Arlanda, Uppsala or Stockholm. If you choose the Registration Package 2, you are responsible for all accommodation-related arrangements youself.
