All prices are given in Swedish crowns (SEK) and include 25% VAT, according to Swedish legislation and routines.

Accompanying person fee is based on double occupancy of room with delegate or student choosing Package 1.

Please note that Conference Package 1 is no longer available (as of July 5, 2017)

Delegate & Student Registration Fee (Package 1) includes
  • Admission to all conference sessions
  • Conference materials including conference program and proceedings
  • Full board (breakfasts, morning coffee breaks, lunches, afternoon coffee breaks and dinners); starts with dinner on Sunday, Sep 3* and ends with breakfast on Thursday, September 7.
  • Accommodation 4 nights in Aronsborgs Conference Hotel (Sunday, September 3 till Thursday, September 7)
  • Excursion
  • Sightseeing tour
  • Free access to hotel facilities (gym, sauna, heated indoor pool, etc.)
  • *Please note that dinner on Sunday, Sep 3 will be served between 19:00 and 21:00.

  • Admission to all conference sessions
  • Conference materials including conference program and proceedings
  • Lunches during the conference
  • Morning and afternoon coffee breaks

Accompanying Person Fee includes
  • Accommodation 4 nights in Aronsborg Aronsborgs Conference Hotel (from Sunday, Sep 3 till Thursday, Sep 7)
  • Breakfasts and dinners (starts with dinner on Sunday, September 3* and ends with breakfast on Thursday, September 7).
  • Free access to hotel facilities (gym, sauna, heated indoor pool, etc.)
  • Sightseeing tour

Letter of Confirmation

Upon receipt of payment, the Conference Secretariat will send you a Letter of Confirmation. Please present this document at the Registration desk to collect your materials.

Cancellation conditions

If you need to cancel your registration, please inform the Conference Secretariat by email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). The following cancellation conditions apply:

Refunds will be made after the conference, during September 2017. If you register but will be unable to attend the conference, you can depute a colleague in your place without the need to make any cancellation. In that case, please notify the Conference Secretariat about the change in writing.

Payment options

The Conference Secretariat administers all payments related to the conference.

Payments must be made in advance of the conference and you can choose between one of the following methods:

Credit/Debit CardInvoice (Swedish delegates/students only) or Bank Transfer

Please note that the option to choose payment by invoice/bank tranfer during registration will be valid only until July 4th, 2017. After this date, only credit/debit card payments can be requested.

Credit card

For direct payments through the Online Registration Form, only MasterCard/Eurocard and Visa are accepted. The payment will be charged in Swedish crowns (SEK) at the exchange rate of the Swedish National Bank valid on the date of payment.

We use credit card system connected to 3D Secure. Your credit card needs to be connected to Verified by Visa, MasterCard Secure Code or PCI Certified.

Invoice

Upon choice of “Invoice”in the Online Registration Form, an invoice will be sent to you by regular mail. It must be paid on due date at the latest, otherwise registration and hotel reservation will be canceled. An administration fee of 125 SEK including VAT will be added.

Bank transfer

Upon choice of “Bank Transfer” in the Online Registration Form, you will receive an invoice with bank transfer information (bank account number, IBAN, etc.) by email as a pdf attachment within a week of the date of registration. An administration fee of 125 SEK including VAT will be added.

This option will be valid in the online registration form only until July 4th, 2017. After this date, only credit/debit card payments can be requested.

Please note that we do not accept any bank charges.

Other methods

No other methods than the three above will be accepted for payment.

Letter of invitation

If you are citizen of a country that requires a visa to enter Sweden, please contact the Conference Secretariat by email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) to request a Letter of Invitation.
